The world's oldest newspaper to stop its publication

The oldest newspaper in the world, published from Austria, has declared that it will stop running.

Arab media reported that the newspaper, which has been published for the previous three centuries, made an official announcement about its final issue on Thursday.

The year of publication (1703) and the year of the edition's conclusion (2023) are printed on the front cover of the Austrian newspaper "Wiener Zeitung" which was first published in 1703 under government sponsorship.
