BEIRUT: Lebanon's resistance organization Hezbollah has hit Tel Aviv with missiles for the first time since the start of the Gaza war.
According to foreign media, Hezbollah targeted the headquarters of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad near Tel Aviv this morning with a Qadir One ballistic missile. Still, the Israeli defense system shot the rocket down in the air.
Hezbollah also confirmed the targeting of the Mossad headquarters located near Tel Aviv in a statement. It said that we had targeted the Mossad headquarters in Tel Aviv today with a missile to support the Palestinians of Gaza and defend the citizens of Lebanon.
On the Hezbollah attack, the BBC wrote that Hezbollah's missile attack on Tel Aviv was an attack on Israel as well as a message that despite the Israeli attacks, Hezbollah still has the power to target Israel with its missiles.
On the other hand, the attacks on the cities of northern Israel by Israel and Hezbollah are continuing, while 570 Lebanese citizens have been killed and around 1900 people have been injured in the attacks by Israel in the past few days.
